To rekindle the interest among people, Dr. Rajam Murali Ph.D. has been creating the awareness about herbs for over a decade by contributing to articles in magazines, publishing books and through programs in television about beauty related problems and their solutions based on herbal preparations.
Dr. Rajam Murali Ph.D. conducts classes, seminars and workshops on herb based beauty products. She conducts monthly sessions on herbal formulations and many of her students have launched their own herbal startups, thus creating women entrepreneurs.

Dr. Rajam Murali Ph.D. is a graduate in Economics, completed MA in public Adminstration and has diploma of Indian Council of Alternative Medicine. She has also completed her Doctorate in herbal formulation with Sri Sathya Sai University.

- One day workshop on Herbal Based Hair and Skin Products at GRT Grand Day in the year 2000 Guest lecture on 'Motivating Women Entrepreneurs' organised by Nationlised Banks in the year 2002/2006/2009

- One day Herbal Workshop on Skin, Hair and Body Care at BR Mathsya, Chennai on 12-Feb-2012
- The year 2015 was a milestone with RM Herbals completing 20 years in the herbal industry. A 5 day workshop was inaugurated by Smt Veena Gayathri which was well received by the public
- Conducted 5 day workshop in 2016 partnering with Industries and commerce Department, Govt. of India.
